CramCRM provides business management software for HVAC and professionals. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service associated with your account.

CramCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
